Enrollment policy / Information
- The training is information and knowledge sharing, non-certificate providing training on stocks , forex, future and other financial traded instruments. It is not formal vocational, job based training and collage style education.
- The training period is one week to four weeks depending on the training types. The training is two days a week , maximum two hours a day.
- $25 non-refundable registration fee is included in the total cost.
- 5% processing fee will be deducted from any approved refund.
- Orientation Attendance: Attendance at the orientation session is considered one day participation in the program( 25 % of the training ). This applies to in person and online training.
- Partial Attendance: If a student attends any part of the training (including orientation) more than one day , they are considered as above 25 % of the training and not eligible for a full refund.
- As our training is short term any help we do after during and after training considered as a part of training.
Refund Eligibility
- If a student withdraws before orientation or first of day the training a refund (minus application fee of $25 and processing fee of 5%) may be issued.
- If a student attends orientation or the first hour of the day training session, only 75 % of the refund will be provided(exclude application fee of $25 and processing fee of 5%) .
- Exceptional Circumstances: Requests for refunds due to serious personal or medical emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with supporting documentation.

- Provide your order details, including your name, email address, and the reason for your refund request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days to process the request.
- Processing Time: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- No Refund for above 25 % training taken and completed services: Please note that once the training has been started more than first day and fully completed no refund will be provided.
- Changes to the Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you promptly and will be effective for future enrollments.
- By enrolling in any of our training program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund policy.
