Eligibility for Refund: We offer a refund for the training programs under the following conditions:

7-Day Refund Window: You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days from the date of purchase for the full course training program only.
Active Participation Requirement: To be eligible for a refund, you must not have accessed more than 50% of the course content or attended more than one live session, if applicable.
Refund Request Process: If you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact us via email at Getu@trade624.com or through our support page within 7 days of purchase.
Provide your order details, including your name, email address, and the reason for your refund request.
Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days to process the refund.
3. Refund Exclusions: Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

If you have accessed more than 50% of the course content or attended more than one live session.
If you have received a refund for any of our courses.
If the course or training program was purchased as part of a special offer or discounted bundle, in which case refunds may not be available such as any non full course programs.
4. Processing Time: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. No Refund for Completed Services: Please note that once the training has been fully completed or if you have received the training materials in full, no refund will be provided. Also, no refund for non full course programs.

6. Changes to the Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you promptly and will be effective for future enrollments.
